Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with the “Add an image with your Focus Keyword as alt text” test. We understand the importance of resolving this issue promptly.
To address this, please ensure that the ALT text of the images on your homepage contains your focus keyword “Estate Agent” in both singular and plural forms. Additionally, make sure that the ALT text is added naturally and not forced.
If you’re using the Gutenberg editor, you can add the ALT text by clicking on the image and navigating to the ALT TEXT field in the Block section on the right-hand side. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

For the Classic Editor, click on the image, then click on the Pen Icon to edit the image. You’ll find the ALT Text field in the Image details section where you can add your desired ALT Text.

Once you’ve added the ALT text with your focus keyword naturally, remember to save or update your changes.
If you’ve followed these steps and are still encountering issues, please feel free to reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will be glad to assist you further.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this matter for you.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We checked your homepage but unfortunately, without your logo, we didn’t find any image with the Estate Agent ALT attribute.
Please note that Rank Math checks for the exact match of the focus keyword with the ALT text.
You can try to copy your focus keyword and paste it into the ALT text field and see if that helps you to resolve the issue.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi
Sorry for the confusion, I have just realised something.
For the reason that I’m using Divi page builder, it appears that I need to enter image Alt text inside the actual image settings. Whereas I was inserting the image alt text inside the image settings within WordPress media library.
So as soon as I used the image settings in the page builder, it works. I wasn’t aware of this.
