Hello,
We’re glad to hear that you’ve made the switch to Rank Math! The Instant Indexing feature automatically submits your URLs for reindexing, so you can leave it to do its thing. However, if you’ve recently moved hosts and many of your posts have become unindexed, you can manually submit the URLs to ensure they are reindexed promptly.
You can also check in the search console after a few days to see if the reindexing has worked. If you have any further questions or need assistance with anything else, feel free to ask.
Best regards.

How to Use IndexNow With Rank Math » Rank Math
Hi thanks should it only take a few days from submitting to Google to index them or can it take longer
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and bringing your concern to our attention.
Can you please confirm if you have selected the Auto-Submit Post Types? If yes, the post will be automatically sent to the IndexNow API when a post is published, updated, or trashed.
However, please note that the Instant Indexing default feature in Rank Math only works for Bing & Yandex. If you want to use the instant indexing for Google then you’ll have to use our additional plugin: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/
Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
Hey thanks for the reply I didnt realise that auto submit post only works for Yandex and Bing. I could see that the pages had been submitted in the history but was checking in Google search console days later and was still unindexed.
Ok I can see there is a bit of a long process to enable the Google autosubmit, as I only add new posts infrequently I will just do it manually through search console. I have Auto submit on for all types so that will take care of Bing and Yandex
Thanks for your help
Oliver
