Cannot connect to my Rank Math account. - Support

Greetings,

My SEO analyzer stopped working, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. My account is in good shape and I am now logged in, but I cannot connect my site anymore to it, I get a “Oops! That page can’t be found.” screen. But if I click on My Account, it is all there.

I have looked at the help docs, and it is suggested to disconnect first and reconnect. I can’t, because I am not connected in the first place.

Please help.

As I wrote, I cannot disconnect my account because I am not connected, and it won’t let me.
