Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us, and we apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with connecting your Content AI credits to your website.
To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. You can do this by visiting the following URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
Once logged in, please check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, you can disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area by following these steps:
- Go to your WordPress admin area.
- Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- Click on “Disconnect” and then “Connect Now” to reconnect your Rank Math account.
After reconnecting your Rank Math account, please refresh the credits count in the Content AI section of your WordPress dashboard. This will prompt the plugin to request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.
If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue for you.

Hello,
We have fixed this on our end.
Please try reconnecting your Rank Math account again to your website. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
