To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once logged in, head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: Rank Math Account
Check if you can see the correct remaining credits for your new domain. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
After reconnecting your account, refresh the credits count in the Content AI settings, so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.
