To access Content AI 2.0, you need to upgrade to a Rank Math PRO plan or subscribe to a Content AI plan. It is not available in the free version.
If you have a subscription and are still unable to access Content AI, please ensure that you have refreshed the credits. You can do this by heading over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refreshing the credits.

I disconnected from WP then reconnected and it’s now working OK 👍
