To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Then, head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: Rank Math Account
Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by heading over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here are the steps for reference:

After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

There must be some issue with the account connection. If the issue appears again, you should refresh the credits in WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Content AI.
