  • Hello, we’re sorry to hear that. It seems like you’re experiencing trouble connecting to Google services. To resolve this, you can start by testing the connection between your website and Google Analytics. Here’s how you can do it:

    1. Go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics.
    2. Click the Test Connections option at the top right of the Analytics settings.
      Test connections
    3. Once you click the option, Rank Math will validate the existing connections. A green signal indicates a valid connection, while a red signal indicates a glitch in the connection.

    4. If there’s an issue, you can try reconnecting with your Google account by following the steps shown in the image below.
      Reconnect Search Console connection

If the issue persists even after reconnecting your Google account, please open a support ticket here and share the error log with us.

Thank you for reaching out, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.

    Hello,

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

To fix this, head over to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect your website to your Google account.

Also, please verify using the URL prefix and ensure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

    Prefix

You can follow our guide here to create the URL Prefix property:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/#num-1-1-open-google-search-console

The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.

Let us know how this goes.
