Yes, the website is connected to an agency account.
Unfortunately, you can’t use two subscriptions from different accounts.
You have two options, first is to contact your agency here: https://wpogren.com/
or you can purchase a separate subscription from here: https://rankmath.com/pricing/
The second option will let you manage your own subscription for your website and use your own Content AI.
