Hi!
A couple of days we bought Content ai credits. Rankmath SEO has been reconnected to the account where our website (supplementen.nl) is indeed visible in My Account>Websites
When going to our WP backend and select Rankmath>General Settings>Content ai we press the small refresh icon at the bottom (which says 0 credits are left). A popup comes up with ‘Could not generate. Please try again later’.
How to proceed?

To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once logged in, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one.

We can confirm that you have 30000 credits on your account.
Assuming that the PRO version is already installed on your website, please reconnect the website with the correct account to fully utilize all the features.
Please reconnect the website to your Rank Math account and then clear the Rank Math Transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Transients:
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

The issue on your site is that the Rank Math PRO plugin is outdated: https://rankmath.com/changelog/. However, we can see that there is no Rank Math PRO subscription on your account. You can deactivate and delete the PRO plugin. The settings are stored in the database so there is no risk of losing your settings pending when you subscribe to Rank Math PRO again.
After deactivating Rank Math PRO reconnect your site with Rank Math from WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
After doing this, refresh the credits to start using Content AI. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits.

Pro version has been uninstalled. Indeed the ai credits are visible now 🙂
But… when trying a Research from the content Ai panel, this results in a Internal Server error. Can you pls check again how to proceed?

Hello,
The Content AI Research functionality is not working for the Netherlands country due to the use of the wrong country code. We have logged this as a bug and will release an update with the fix. For now, to fix the issue on your site, I have replaced fy_NL with nl_NL on line 696 in the seo-by-rank-math/includes/helpers/class-choices.php file.
To test this issue, we used 500 Content AI credits on your site. We will add those credits back to your account.
