In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of the issue, and then provide more details in the Ticket Question section. In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email address(es) you want to connect to your PRO account. If you’re merging your FREE and PRO accounts, you need to select one of the emails as your preferred email address.
Once you’ve submitted the ticket with the necessary details, our support team will locate your PRO account and change the email connected to it or merge it with your FREE account, as per your request.
