    Hi,

    I’m using Rank Math Content AI Pro. I used the function ‘write SEO titles’ and ‘write SEO descriptions’ – and it doesn’t work. It leaves the fields blank or just doesn’t change the meta content at all.
    I tried this multiple times now and a lot of credits are deducted, but it still doesn’t work.

    What can I do?

    It seems like the issue might be related to the credits not being refreshed after using the Content AI feature. To resolve this, please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    After refreshing the credits, please try using the Content AI feature again, and it should work without any issues.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the reply. I tried this many times already. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work either.
    But – there is indeed a problem with refreshing the credits. I’m logged in and have about 40.000 credits. However, it often says I have zero. When I re-login or refresh the credits are updated, but unfortunately the writing bot is still not working after all this.
