I have done everything possible to have my analytic show in Rank Math. There was for a couple of weeks it was working fine and then it stopped tracking altogether. Since then I have disconnected and reconnected analytics, no luck. I have manually pushed analytics from both within the rank math status and tools and wordpress scheduled tasks. I’ve even deactivated and reactivated the plug in. Each measure I’ve taken I’ve cached. My analytics light is green, but absolutely zero analytics appear. I’ve deactivated SiteKit as I also read that may be a problem.
Any help on how to solve this is appreciated from this baffled website user.
Thank You
Kerry

Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with Rank Math Analytics. It seems like you’ve already taken several troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue, including disconnecting and reconnecting Analytics, manually pushing data, deactivating and reactivating the plugin, and deactivating SiteKit.
Since you’ve already tried these steps and the issue persists, I recommend refreshing the authorization tokens for your Google services. To do this, you can follow the steps outlined in our knowledge base article here. This involves deleting Rank Math SEO from your Google Account permissions and recreating the missing database tables in the WordPress Dashboard.
If the issue still persists after refreshing the authorization tokens, please open a support ticket here and share the error log with us. Our support experts will further examine the issue and assist you in resolving it.
Thank you for reaching out to us, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.

KerryHello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please try to follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.
1. At first add the following filter to your website:
add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );
Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:
https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
This is how it should look like:
When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under
wp-content/uploads/rank-math
and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me. I have since deleted and reinstalled the plugin and manually fetched all pending actions in scheduled actions. It appears I have the Google analytics now, but SEO performance area and Index Status are only showing one results from one post on the site. It definitely hasn’t populated with all the articles information. Should I still try the above actions to solve this issue?
Thanks in advance
KerryHello,
In that case, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Status & Tools > Database Tools and Rebuild Index for Analytics.
The stats should be updated once the process is complete.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Hi, I’m still having zero luck getting any analytics now. No posts showing in any of the analtyics settings.
I’ve also gone into my site health. I’ve attached a screen shot to this reply. Is there anything on there that could be the reason for not getting analytics of any sort?

Since I’ve already deleted Yoast from my website, can I export my rank math settings and fully delete rank math, then re install? Is there a way for me to upload the exported data when reinstalling from scratch. I had previously deleted and re installed without removing the data from my website, so I guess this is the only next option.
HI again, How can I give access to someone to set this up properly for me? I’ve honestly tried everything now and I’m at my wits end. I’m worried my analytics and sitemap aren’t reporting correctly anymore. Please advise on how I can get someone to access my site.
Thank you
KerryHello,
Thank you for your patience.
In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I’ve added it to the first post of this session. Thank you!
Please advise when you have looked at the issues.
Hello,
As you can see in the image below your analytics data have begun to appear:
You had not installed any Google Analytics tracking code on your site for the GA4 property. We have now done that for you using Rank math:
We were trying to debug the reason the data was not updated automatically as analytics data updates every 7 days for free users and 3 days for PRO users. We installed the WP Crontrol plugin and it appears there might be issues with the WP-Cron system on your site. The plugin noted that it returns an unexpected HTTP response code: 403
WP-CRON is essential to fetch data from Google as it needs to be running in the background. Without it, the analytics feature will basically not work. Please refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#num-1-3-check-cron-issues
You might need to reach out to your hosting provider for help with it.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi, thanks for this. I hadn’t enabled the “install analytics code” because I have tag manager and Sitekit. However, I shall keep it active from now on. Thank you!
Also, I’ve now created a Cron Job through Siteground in hopes that all scheduled tasks will now run properly. The WP Crontrol now shows “The DISABLE_WP_CRON constant is set to true. WP-Cron spawning is disabled.” I’m assuming this is normal? I have set email notifications for the new Cron Job via the server. However, if it doesn’t run the “pending” rank_math jobs are there other steps to take?
I’d like to keep the ticket open and would also like if you could check the site again using the link I provided to ensure it all looks correct now or if you notice other issues that may be the problem.
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you again.
KerryHello,
While it might be a good idea to setup a “real” cron job in place of the WordPress Cron you have to be sure it is setup correctly: https://world.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/real-cron-job/.
You can also seek the assistance of your host provider in doing this.
If you however want to use the WordPress Cron you can follow this guide to activate it: https://world.siteground.com/kb/enable-wordpress-cron/
This ticket will be open, so you can update us here.
However, if it has been closed by the bot, please don’t hesitate to create a new ticket and reference this ticket here.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you
Hi, Cron Job was created successfully and correctly so it’s all running as it should. So far so good on that front as I had enabled email notification to fill me in on the status reports.
I have noticed today that while the analytics that you managed to enable for last week, hove now dropped off the cliff again this week and showing 0 for the week of Jan 20 – Jan 26th. I’ve done a full manual upload of data and when that finished with no change to analytics, I’ve now run rank_math/analytics/data_fetch. Hoping that will solve the problem. It looks as though there are still a lot of pending scheduled actions so I’ll notify you if this doesn’t update the analytics again.
I’ll report back soon!
Thanks for all the help so far!
Kerry
