To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct Rank Math account that you used to purchase the credits. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account and navigating to the “Websites” section from the left sidebar. Here, you should be able to see the total number of Content AI credits used and available with your account.
If you are unable to see the correct reset date, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. You can do this by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Help, and then clicking on “Disconnect Account” and “Connect Now.”
After reconnecting your Rank Math account, please refresh the credits in the Content AI settings in your WordPress dashboard. This should prompt the plugin to request the updated credits from our server and display the correct reset date.
