RankMath, Divi and Woocommerce conflict - Support

I have been using RankMath on a Divi site for several months.

RankMath is integrated into the Divi page builder, which is awesome!

However, recently it hasn’t been working. I have had to edit the page or post outside of the Divi page builder in order to access the RankMath features at all.

The RankMath button in the page builder is still visible, but when you click on it, nothing happens.

I reached out to Elegant Themes (makers of Divi) and they recommended I look for conflicts with other plugins. Bizarrely, it turns out that the conflict is with WooCommerce.

Obviously, I cannot run the site without WooCommerce.

I know for a fact that this problem only started happening since about January 5 (the last time I posted). I am guessing it has something to do with a recent update for RankMath or WooCommerce.

Has anyone else reported this problem? Do you have any workarounds?

Just to be very clear the problem appears to be with the Divi integration so it makes no sense to test it with the default theme. I can use the WordPress post editor to access RankMath but RankMath is not working within the Divi page builder.

I have tested with all plugins looking for a conflict. In the end, if WooCommerce is active — the bug appears. If WooCommerce is inactive — the bug goes away.

Please advise on how to resolve.

Hello,

We can replicate this issue. We have shared this with our developers. We will get back to you once we have an update or solution from them.

As a temporary workaround while we investigate this, you can deactivate Woocommerce temporarily when you want to work on the SEO Metadata in the Rank Math Meta box and activate it thereafter. This issue will not affect the SEO of your site as it doesn’t alter the metadata and settings. already setup.

Hello, I have the same problem as the subject of this post.
in addition I have a problem which also affects the saving of my pages with the divi editor
I get an error message saying it’s not saving (even if it’s still saving)

and when I deactivate Rankmath which I acquired 2 days ago (the backup of my divi pages takes place normally)

the tool is great but the experience I am having is less so…

I experience the same trouble between Divi + WooCommerce and RankMath.
I tried to resolve the problem using the “Troubleshooting Mode” wich is really great to find the problem.

Do you received a solution from the Supprt of Rank Math ?

Hello,

We can now confirm that this issue with the SEO button not working in the Divi editor when the WooCommerce plugin is active has been resolved.

The Divi team has addressed this issue, and it no longer persists in the latest versions of the theme and WooCommerce plugin. Please update the plugins and the theme to the latest versions.

We released a quick Beta update you can try to see if that helps.

Please enable the Beta update by following this:
https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients

Please update Divi to the latest version, and clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.

You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and if the issue is fixed.
