Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?
Meanwhile, Rank Math does not have a feature for RSS Feed generations for your news. The generated sitemaps from Rank Math are in XML format and are used to submit to Webmaster tools like Google Search Console.
In this case, you may use a separate or any other plugin for your site like https://wordpress.org/plugins/gn-publisher/ to generate the feed for Google Publisher Center.
