I have a wordpress website built on the Divi platform. I have the free version of Rankmath. But on the front end builder, when I click the rankmath icon, nothing happens. I have tested on other sites and it works correctly, displaying the Rankmath pop up. But on jamesbarclay.co.uk it does not work. Please advise

I need human assistance with this issue please. I have the latest Rankmath version. I’ve not checked plugins for this site in years. I have no issue on other sites. Please assist.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

As a temporary workaround while we investigate this, you can deactivate Woocommerce temporarily when you want to work on the SEO Metadata in the Rank Math Meta box and activate it thereafter. This issue will not affect the SEO of your site as it doesn’t alter the metadata and settings already setup.

Any news on this issue getting fixed please? I’ve updated a few plugins today with WooCommerce being one of them and now the Rank Math icon is not clickable to edit when using the front end Divi Builder.
You don’t need to deactivate WooCommerce to still use Rank Math. You can edit the page in the backend as normal. You should see the Rank Math panel to add SEO data. It’s just the front end that is no longer working. I agree – disabling WooCommerce is not a solution when you’re running a store. Another option is to put your site into maintenance mode and then disable WooCommerce while you make your amends. Save, re-enble and take your site out of maintenance mode. I really hope this gets resolved sooner than later. I use Rank Math on everything and all of my sites are built with Divi,
