Pro and Content AI Not Available

    Hello I recently purchased – but my account still only shows the free version, and my content AI package credits are no where to be seen. How do I access these features I paid for? I still need to install the pro version but I only have access to the free. Help!

    Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience you’re facing. To access Content AI 2.0, you need to upgrade to a Rank Math PRO plan or subscribe to a Content AI plan. It is not available in the free version. If you’ve already purchased the PRO version and are unable to access it, please ensure that you have activated the PRO version using the license key provided.     Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to this issue.

    The PRO version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight. You will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work. Kindly go to https://rankmath.com/my-account/ and download, install, and activate the PRO version in addition to the Basic version if you have not done that.
