To address the problem, we recommend that you log in to the account you used to purchase Content AI credits and ensure that you are logged in to the correct account. After doing so, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one.

I am confused. If my account has 7500 points and I use 7500 then the next month unless I upgrade to more points I will stay at 0 points even thought it shows I have 7500 when I login to my dashboard at RankMath?
That is each month I do not get 7500 more points to use for new posts?????

Your Rank Math account dashboard shows 7758/7500, meaning you have used 7758 credits out of the available 7500 credits. Since you purchased the subscription on the 25th of December, the next reset date will be one month from that, which is the 25th of this month.

Alright so I waited till today which is January 25 when you said my points would then again be available to me. The plugin does not recognize that I have paid for Content AI.
I am really tired of being told one thing after another and nothing works. I have followed all the the instructions giving here in support responses and what I could find online.
Still Content AI does not work for me after having paid for a year. It did work for awhile when I first installed it but then it just stopped working.. I have tried everything you have told me to do still I am paying for nothing 🙁
