For initial troubleshooting, please ensure that Rank Math and Divi are already updated to the latest version.
If the issue persists, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this can be caused by conflicting plugins or active theme on your site.

We can replicate this issue. We have shared this with our developers. We will get back to you once we have an update or solution from them.
As a temporary workaround while we investigate this, you can deactivate Woocommerce temporarily when you want to work on the SEO Metadata in the Rank Math Meta box and activate it thereafter. This issue will not affect the SEO of your site as it doesn’t alter the metadata and settings already setup.

I have been working as per your suggestion, but as I have to frequently deactivate/activate WooCommerce it is an issue right now for our team. So I was wondering if you have reached any solution for this.

We can now confirm that this issue with the SEO button not working in the Divi editor when the WooCommerce plugin is active has been resolved.
The Divi team has addressed this issue, and it no longer persists in the latest versions of the theme and WooCommerce plugin. Please update the plugins and the theme to the latest versions.

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients

Please update Divi to the latest version, and clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.
You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and if the issue is fixed.
