  • Hello,

We apologize for the confusion. It seems like you are looking for clarification on how to structure your URLs. The URLs you have shared are in the format of “https://www.yourwebsite.com/tag/product-1/" and "https://www.yourwebsite.com/tag/product-1/“. These URLs are in the post name format, which is more spider-friendly and also provides an opportunity to include keywords in the URL.

To set up your URLs in this format, you can navigate to the Settings → Permalinks menu in your WordPress admin panel and select the “Post Name” option. After saving your changes, all your permalinks will look like the examples you have provided.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team by clicking here.

    We hope this helps!

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

We looked at the support thread on the WordPress forums and it seems that there is some confusion.

The way our plugin is built, the anchor links on the TOC will always be in the format you currently have and we cannot change this at the moment as it would require a complete rewrite of the FAQ block to use a different method for the headings.

Sorry for the confusion but the bottom line is that this is simply not possible.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello

    Thank you for the clarification.
But do you have any clarification about FAQ IDs in the following URL? It does not show FAQ IDs in the URL. It has the same setup but a different theme.

    Hello,

That website doesn’t use the Rank Math TOC, it’s using a different implementation.

It seems that the plugin used for that is the following: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-table-of-contents/

We are not sure if the links are generated automatically for that or if they are modified manually to have the exact structure the user wants but it’s worth looking at that plugin if you are looking for a similar behavior.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
