    Hi,

    I had purchased Rank MAth Pro for my website bigtexasroof.com maybe back in October 20-25th 2023. I thought this was automatically activated. I got it accessing from an option in the website editor with WordPress.org.

    However I just realized this is not even connected to my website. So I was trying to find confirmation of the purchase and is nowhere to be found in any of the email I ususally use for this account. I can only think that maybe when I did the purchase I had misspelled the email address and this is why I haven’t received anything from you guys.

    I had logged in today using o*****@b*************** and it shows connected to my webiste but on the free plan. I hope my request makes sense and you can help me put the Paid version I got.

To resolve this, please ensure that you have connected the website using the correct account. You can verify this by heading over to the Websites section inside your Rank Math account area.

    If your website is not shown there or you’re seeing a No connected websites found message, you will need to reconnect your website with your correct Rank Math account. You can do this by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and following the steps to disconnect and reconnect your account as shown in the screenshots below:

    1. Disconnect Account:
      Disconnect account in Rank Math

    2. Connect Now:
      Click Connect Now in Rank Math

    Once you click Connect Now, you’ll be redirected to rankmath.com, where you’ll be able to connect your account to activate your license. Please ensure that you use the same Rank Math account that you used when you subscribed to a Rank Math Pro plan.

    After activating your Rank Math Pro license, you will see the status on the Help page of your WordPress dashboard and in your Rank Math Websites section.

    Hi,

    So that’s the problem. I think I might have put a wrong email address when I made the purchase, like I misspelled it somehow because I can’t see the confirmation of the purchase on any of the emails that could be associated to this website.

    Is there any way you can find that purchase, to see if the email have been misspelled and correct it?

    We would some more information to be able to locate the purchase.

    Do you remember the payment method you used? If it was a PayPal account please share the email address of that or if it was a credit card please share the last 4 digits so we can try to locate it on our system.

    Hi Miguel,

    Thank you for your answer. So I was abe to identify the purchase on November 27th 2023, for the domain bigtexasroof.com. It was paid by card ending in 7304 for a total amount of $70.21. Althought the transaction says 11/27/23 Recurring card Purchase 11/24 Fs* Rankmath Fsprg.SO it might have been November 24th.

    We noticed that there was a small typo in the email address as it was written with the following domain nigtexasroof.com.

    We have corrected the issue and the subscription now sows on this account as expected.
