Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the taxonomy not showing in the title. To configure the default titles in Rank Math for different post types, you can follow these steps:
Navigate to the Titles & Meta settings from your WordPress dashboard.
You will only see the post types that you have enabled on your website. For example, you will see Products in the Post Types section only when WooCommerce is installed on your website.
Please note that not all fields support variables. Even in the meta box, you’d see that the meta-title and meta-description support variables, but the URL does not.
If you need further assistance or have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to the Rank Math support team by opening a support ticket at Rank Math Support. They will be able to provide you with more specific guidance based on your website’s configuration.
On taxonomy pages, if you want to display the taxonomy name you should use the variable %term%. The variable you shared is reserved for actual pages and posts.
Hope this helps solve your issues.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
