Can't see any analytics data - Support

Hello, I connected my site to your plugin and its says its connected. But I see no data at the analytics section or any other dashboard in the plugin. With AllinOne SEO I was able to see data, but now I don’t see any. I already first deleted allinone seo and after that I downloaded your plugin. Can you guys maybe take a look if the connection is good? I’m not very technical so I can add your mail adres to the google analytics and search console pages and give you edit permissions ?

If you notice any delays in retrieving Analytics data, you can also choose to Update Data Manually from the same section.

Could you please share an image from your Analytics dashboard and your organic traffic data from Google Search Console for the last 30 or 15 days so we can compare it with the data coming through in the Analytics module?

Please follow the steps from this guide to address the issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

If that doesn’t help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
