To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI subscription. Then, head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account as shown in the screenshot below:

After reconnecting your Rank Math account, please refresh the credits count by heading over to your Content AI settings and clicking on the refresh button, as shown in the screenshot below:

This should help request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count on your website.

Hello, i did disconnetct/reconnect, bu i still get a ‘Could not generate. Please try again later.’ error, and no credits
