To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account on your website. You can do this by heading over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or by visiting this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
Once logged in to the correct account, please check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. After doing so, refresh the credits count again in the Content AI section.
