Not recognizing the image in the sitemap (when I use the Elementor template)

    Hello,
I have added some descriptions with an image on the brand page using the classic editor.
On another brand page with the Elementor template, I have added descriptions with two columns, one containing an image and the other a paragraph.
When checking the sitemap, the image in the column is identified for the brand page where I added descriptions using the classic editor. However, for the page where the descriptions are added with the Elementor template (even though it includes an image), it doesn’t identify the image.

    Please investigate this matter.
Thanks to your wonderful team and plugin

  • Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with the image not being recognized in the sitemap when using the Elementor template. This issue might be due to how the images are added to the page.

To resolve this, you can try adding the custom field’s name in the Image Custom Fields section in Rank Math. This will help Rank Math understand and include the images in your sitemap. You can find this setting by navigating to WordPress DashboardRank Math SEOSitemap SettingsImages.

If you have any further questions or need assistance with this, please feel free to ask. We’re here to help!

I’m using the Woodmart template in WordPress. Within this template,
I’m utilizing the cms_block (in Woodmart template) to create an HTML block. I then insert the shortcode for this block into the brand page description.
Within the block, I employ the Elementor template to integrate both the brand photo and description. Finally, I insert the brand description ( HTML block made Elementor template) into the editor using the shortcode.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please share the affected page URL with us so that we can check this further for you? Meanwhile, please note that Rank Math only counts the images when it is directly added to your page/post and inside the the_content section.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello
I used the classic editor to insert the text and image for the description of the brand page
And I can’t send you the address
*I suggest that users can send some replies privately, if you add this option to the support form, it will be great.

Please check this item on the demo site to see where the problem is
Create an explanation for the brand page with the Elementor template. Use images and paragraphs in this template
Then with the shortcode in the edit brand section – description
Enter this short code and you will see the text and image displayed without any problem
But when you look at the sitemap, it does not recognize the brand image for the address of this page

Do the same test with the classic editor. Text + image in the WordPress classic editor – in the brand editor – enter the text and image.
Now look at satmap, it has identified an image for the brand page

Thank you for testing this item
Because if the images are identified with Elementor format, we can create a page or description with a beautiful graphic structure, because it is easier to design with Elementor.

    Thanks to your professional team

    Hello,

We tried this on our end and it seems to be working perfectly fine.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
