Issues with redirect – Error message: Please add at least one valid source URL.

    Hi,

    I’m having some issues with adding redirects, on our site we have multiple languages and multiple domain names, and that’s where the troubles are.

    So I’m trying to redirect https://wallribbon.com/produkt/zement/ to https://wallribbon.eu/produkt/zement/, but then I get the error message Please add at least one valid source URL.

    So instead I added a redirect from wallribbon.com/produkt/zement/ to https://wallribbon.eu/produkt/zement/, and that has been added, however it does not work.

    If I enable the Debug redirections and check there, it seems to be working, but I don’t get redirected if I go to wallribbon.com/produkt/zement/.

    Could you help me out with this issue?

    Could you please confirm if you have added the redirect to https://wallribbon.com/?

    If so, please ensure that you have added it like this:

    Source: produkt/zement/
Type: 301
Destination: https://wallribbon.eu/produkt/zement/

    You need to add the redirection rule in wallribbon.com because that is the source domain.
