    Hello RankMath Great Team,

By Using the JetEngine, I added a new Custom Post Type “projects”

I accidentally modified it into “projects1” by same plugin “JetEngine”

    I saw the following message:

“rank Math has detected a new post type: “projects1”

I restored the name as it was and deleted the extra number like this “projects”

But it still shows up there > (DASHBOARD / SEO TITLES & META) Section calld “Projects1:”

How Can I Restore the post type name as it was

    Thank You

  • Hello,

We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with the post type name. It seems that the change you made is not being reflected in the Rank Math SEO Titles & Meta section.

To resolve this, you can try dismissing the notice for the new post type by clicking the close button on the right side of the notification. If that doesn’t work, you can try clearing your browser cache and then navigate to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Database Tools inside your WordPress dashboard and click Remove Transients. This should fix the error.

If you’re still experiencing issues after trying these steps, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly from here, and we’re always more than happy to help.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

    Hello,

For troubleshooting, clear your website’s cache and Rank Math transients in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database tools > Remove transients

If the issue persists, you may try deleting/removing the new post type and creating it again to register the default name.

    Hope that helps.
