Analytics data stopped being generated on December 25th for no apparent reason. There had been a few times where site traffic for example would drop from 600-1000 views per day, which was normal, to like 2 or 3 views for a day and then right back up to 1000 but since December 25th shows no site traffic or other metrics.
None of the suggested fixes from help desk worked.
Thank you

Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with Rank Math SEO not pulling any analytics data. It sounds frustrating that the suggested fixes from the help desk didn’t work for you.
To address this issue, we recommend following these steps to troubleshoot the problem:
-
Navigate to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and click the Reconnect link to disconnect and reconnect your Google Account with Rank Math. Once reconnected, Rank Math will start fetching the data.
-
If there are any delays in retrieving Analytics data, you can test the connections between Rank Math and your Google account by clicking the Test Connections option located at the top right of the Analytics settings. If the data fetch doesn’t happen, choose Update data Manually.
-
If the issue persists, you can try rebuilding the index for Analytics by heading over to Database Tools and clicking Rebuild Index for Analytics.
-
Finally, open the Analytics dashboard by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Analytics and check if the data is present.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will take over and assist you further.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.

Can I get a response or some help on this situation?
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
To solve this, we need to delete the old data and fetch the fresh data from Google. This is a simple process that you can do by following these steps.
Make sure you have the latest version of the Rank Math plugin installed on your site. You can check the latest version here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/
1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Tools & Status > Database Tools and click the
Rebuild Index
button.2. After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, click the
Delete Data
button and then click theUpdate Data Manually
3. This will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please re-check the Analytics page and all the data should be showing up correctly.
Following the above steps should fix the issue.
You can refer to this guide for reference: https://rankmath.com/kb/zero-search-traffic-error/
However, if it does not, please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action by heading over to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
Then Run the
rank_math/analytics/data_fetch
scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete. This is how it should look like:
Once done, please allow Rank Math a while to fetch data from Google and you should be able to see the updated data.
You might see other actions that are scheduled to RUN as well, it is quite normal and you don’t have to worry.
Let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
I tried both, it stated that it ‘successfully executed action’ but there is still no data coming up in analytics section.
Hello,
If you have tried the initial steps and that doesn’t work, then we need to take a closer look at the settings to resolve this issue. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
We can also see that you are using an old version of Rank Math PRO. Please update it.
If you do not have a Rank Math PRO subscription you may want to deactivate the PRO plugin. Not to worry your Rank Math PRO-related settings are stored in the database pending when you subscribe again. You are safe to even delete the PRO plugin for now.
After doing any of the above please follow these steps to retrieve the current/correct data for your site.
We hope this helps. Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.
Thank you.
I signed up for Rank Math Pro and went through all the steps again, the data is still not being generated.
Could I please get some additional support? I provided WP login and purchased Rank Math Pro after data completely stopped getting generated. Please let me know why this is still not working.
Hello,
We apologize for the delay in response from us.
We can see that some Analytics Data has been pulled, especially from your Google Search Console:
However, we found that the Google Analytics property code installed on your site using the Site KIt plugin is different from the property you connected to Rank Math:
For this reason, the plugin is unable to fetch more Google Analytics data as the GA propertyG-EXCMH1RZH4
is not installed on the site rather the propertyG-49GDZ4P007
is installed. You also check this using the Google Tag Assistant tool: https://tagassistant.google.com/:
Please reconnect your site to Google Services from Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and this time select the Google property with this ID: G-49GDZ4P007 for the Analytics fields.
Let us know how this goes. Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.
Thank you.

We see that the Analytics dashboard is showing stats at the moment.
