    Can you please confirm if you can see the correct number of credits over here:

    If you can see the correct number of credits as suggested above then this is a problem with the syncing of information between your Rank Math Account and your website.

    Disconnecting and then reconnecting your account should mostly resolve this, so you can follow the steps suggested below:

    1 . Please verify that you’re running the latest versions of the Rank Math plugins? According to the Rank Math changelog https://rankmath.com/changelog.

    2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

    5 . After doing this, refresh the credits to start using Content AI. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI scroll down and click on the refresh icon to refresh the credits.

    However, the site is blocked is an incorrect message that appears when you have used all the credits available in your account. We have fixed this in the latest beta update and will soon release a stable version.     So, the only option would be to either upgrade your Content AI plan or wait for next month to continue your Content AI subscription. Your content AI will refresh every 2nd of the month as long as your plan remains active.

    Hello I just subscribed for a 7500 credits subscription
    on 12/29/23 at 11:55 p.m., and I haven’t managed to take advantage of my subscription yet because on worldpress it tells me that your site is blocked when activating my subscription, so I don’t know how I used my credits.
