    I have a banner on my blog which hasn’t happened previously until December. It was working fine for about 10 months.

    Now I have the banner saying “Rank Math is importing latest data from connected Google Services, Now! remaining”
    it doesn’t say how long remaning and it doesn’t ever do it.

    I have high IT and wordoress knowledge for over 16 years, so I have done troubleshooting such as cleared any cache, rebuild index etc. But it never works.

    When I go into analytics on rank math, it also says “Last updated 28 November 2023” so you can see there are issues.

    Nothing has changed with my webhost or anything and it was fine for around 10 months until December.

    Also, when I do a manual fetch and stop it automatically fetching, the info is empty and wrong.

    So it was fine all these months, stopped fetching automatically in December and automatic fetching doesn’t work anymore, and now the information is wrong when I do a manual fetch as it comes back blank even though it was all fine before.

    I opened a ticket from that page you linked.. this is literally a ticket from that page to get support.

    I have tried all the steps already.

    Manual fetching brings back blank data even though it was working fine all this time.
    Automatic fetching doesn’t work anymore.

    Thank you for your query, and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further:

    Step #1.
    First, add the following filter to your website:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

    Step #2.
    After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:

    If in your case, you do not see the Scheduled Actions menu, then you can try visiting the following URL:

    Ensure that you replace yourdomain.com with your own domain in the above link.

    Step #3.
    When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under /wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us.

    You can use a tool like Dropbox/Pastebin for debug log files and share the generated links here.

    As for the error log, please share the latest messages with us so we can advise further.

    If you’re unsure about the steps, please add your WordPress and FTP login information in the sensitive data section so we can check.
