I just pusphaced credits for Content AI to optimize some existing posts.
But, on posts of 2000 words I get recommentation for 400-700 words and therefore for much less headers, media, links etc. therefore the score is very low.
I’m not intent to remove content and make my posts shorter, so, I really thing that its not helpfull for me at all.
I will like a refound as I didn’t use but some credits and I’m not going to use it anymore as it seems completely useless.

We understand your frustration with the recommendations provided by Content AI. If you’re not satisfied with the results and would like a refund for the unused credits, please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues. If you still find it unsatisfactory, please assign this ticket to a human agent using the available button, and we will assist you further with the refund process.
