An Error from Plugin Rank Math SEO

    Dear Everyone.

    I would want to ask for help. There is an error of Font in the post. Last time It did not happen but now It is effecting. For an example, please take a look on the picture (File attachment above).

    When I setup for a post to display the products on my website. As usual, I can change for many Font as Book Antiqua. At the board, I still can change for the Font but when I save the post and review for finished page, the Font is automatically fix for Arial font.

    I tried to deactivate Rank Math SEO and turned on the Yoast SEO. So Yoast SEO is fine and I can choose, save for the Book Antiqua font. But when I activate Rank Math SEO and deactivate Yoast, this problem is still available.

    Please help me to solve this error.

    Rank Math doesn’t control the font of your website. In this case, you can temporarily deactivate the Rank Math plugin and see if that works for you. Don’t worry, you’ll not lose any of the data as they are saved on your database.

    If deactivating the Rank Math plugin resolves your issue then, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Dear Mr. Jeremy,

    Nice to meet you. Last time I thought your team forgot this issue then I changed the password of login into WP. So I am resending for a new password in Sensitive Data now.

    I checked and tested many times. I make sure that Rank Math Seo is have an error for font. I created for some new Product Category and the font was not effected after saving. The Arial font and Karla are always fixed for the Category.

    If I deactivate RMS and activate Yoast, it is fine and there is no error for the font.

    Okay please check for the new password in Sensitive Data and help me to fix for it.

    That Category “Đèn chùm đồng cao cấp” which you are checking is fine for the font application. But the #7 “Đèn pha lê” or you can create for new category then you can see the Font is not effected after saving.
