    I upgraded to Pro version but I must have done it from a different email address.

    Please merge the accounts a****@m************* and c********************@g******** together and make the a****@m************* the Primary email for the account.

    In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of the issue, and in the Ticket Question section, provide more details about the email addresses you want to merge. Additionally, in the Sensitive Data section, include the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan or a screenshot of the invoice you received from FastSpring.com.

    Once you’ve submitted the ticket, our support team will locate your PRO account and make the necessary changes as per your request.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.

    The PRO plan is already in this account. It wasn’t reflected in your account due to some issue on our end. We have fixed this. If you still want to change the email address of your account, you can do that from the Account Details section: https://rankmath.com/my-account/edit-account/
