I apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. With Rank Math, you can indeed edit the URL structure to remove the category base and only display the subcategory in the URL. This can be done by enabling the “Remove Category Base” option in the Rank Math SEO settings.

To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Rank Math > General Settings > Links.
2. Enable the “Advanced Mode” if it’s not already enabled.
3. Once in Advanced Mode, you will see the option to “Strip Category Base.” Enable this option to remove the parent category slugs from the URL.

Apologies for the confusion, but the Remove Parent Slug option removes the parent category from the URL of the subcategories. It will not remove the parent category from product URLs. The option is only for category URLs, not for the product URLs.

However, you can try to use a dedicated permalink manager plugin like this that will specifically address that:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/permalink-manager/
