    My name is Muzamil Iqbal, and I am reaching out for assistance with an issue I’ve encountered on my website regarding URL redirects, specifically with URLs that contain double slashes at the end.

    Problem Description:
    The above URL, which ends with double slashes (//), is not redirecting properly. Ideally, it should redirect to the same URL but without the double slashes.

    Critical Observation:
    I’ve noticed that when I disable the Rank Math plugin, this issue no longer occurs, which leads me to believe that the problem might be related to Rank Math’s redirection settings or its interaction with my site’s configuration.

    Attempted Solutions:
    – I have checked and adjusted the .htaccess file for potential conflicts.
    – All caches, including those from the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and my browser, have been cleared.
    – Disabling and re-enabling Rank Math’s redirection settings was tested to observe any changes in behavior.

    Given these observations, I suspect there might be a specific conflict or setting within Rank Math causing this issue, particularly since disabling the plugin seems to resolve it.

    I’d like to provide an update on the issue I previously reported regarding the redirection of double-slash URLs on my website.

    Since reaching out, I’ve taken further steps to isolate and understand the problem:

    1. Removed Other Redirection Plugins: I confirmed that no other redirection plugins are installed on my site, eliminating the possibility of conflicts with other plugins.

    2. Restored .htaccess to Default: I have edited the .htaccess file, reverting it to the default WordPress configuration. Here is the current state of the .htaccess file for your reference:

    We’ve tried replicating the issue with the latest version of Rank Math, but the URLs with more than 2 slashes at the end are redirecting fine.

    In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
