    I bought 2 pro packages one for http://www.posdepot.co which works fine and 1 for http://www.manyette.com which is installed but there are no content ai credits showing. I purchased this one this morning and I’d like to get started with it ASAP…please help me out. Thank You!

    Please tell me what I need to do

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and we apologize for any trouble you are having with Content AI. We are here to help you resolve it as soon as possible.

    To make sure that Content AI works properly, please follow these steps:

    • Update your Rank Math plugin to the latest version. You can find the changelog here.
    • Clear the transients in your database. You can do this by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients.
    • Disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account. You can do this by going to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and clicking on Disconnect Account.
    • After disconnecting your account, click on Connect Now to reconnect it. Make sure you select the correct account and click on OK, Activate Now.
    • Refresh your credits for Content AI. You can do this by going to Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and clicking on the refresh credits icon at the bottom of the page. Here is a screenshot for your reference:

    I have tried this many times and it will not work. Please transfer the second pro package that I purchased to my new account dj-0829 a********@p********. My website wwww.manyette.com is logged into the new account.

    We have transferred your purchased AI credits to the other email account as requested

    Now, please update your Rank Math Plugin to the latest version: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

    Lastly, to avoid any confusion in the future, would you like to merge these two accounts?
