In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of the issue, and then provide more details in the Ticket Question section. In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email address you want to connect to your PRO account or provide a screenshot of the invoice you received from FastSpring.com.
Once done, click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button. Our support team will then locate your PRO account and change the email connected to it as per your request.
