    Trying to create a redirect for a deleted post, received the following email:

    I have deactivated and reactivated as instructed … now ALL of my redirections have diappeared. LITERALLY YEARS WORTH! How do I recover them???

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to this issue.

    Deactivating and Reactivating Rank Math will not delete your Redirection tables. Even deleting the plugin will not do so. This is because the data is stored in the database, but can get deleted if you have clicked the Delete Redirections button from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Delete Redirections Rules.

    If you have a backup of your database you can restore it and the rules will be restored. You can also reach your hosting provider to restore a backup of your site in case you don’t have a backup.
