To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once you are logged in, please head over to your Rank Math account area and check if you can see the correct remaining credits. You can do this by visiting the following URL: Rank Math Account Area.
If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. After doing so, head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
Once you have reconnected your account, please go to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits count. This will prompt the plugin to request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.

Are you using the latest version of the plugin?
If not, please update that and then try to refresh the credits. Please refresh your credits from WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Content AI.

I’ve tried all that repeatedly and the credit isn’t showing.
I even deleted the connection and started allover again.
Still no luck.

Usually disconnecting, reconnecting, and then clicking the refresh icon should fix the sync issue in Content AI usage.
Since those steps did not resolve the problem and the issue persists, we would like to resolve it quickly, and to do so, we might need to take a closer look at your website and its settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
