Credits are not loaded

    I just purchased a new content AI account and the credits are still saying 0. I disconnected and reconnected my site and they still have not loaded. In fact, it says new credits will not appear until 1/12/24 When I just purchased a membership today.

    To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once logged in, please visit the Rank Math account area here to confirm if the credits are correctly assigned to your account.

    If the credits are correctly assigned to your account but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area by following the steps outlined in this guide.

    After reconnecting your account, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and refresh the Content AI credits. This will prompt the plugin to request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.
