Not working

Thank you for reaching out to us. We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the Content AI feature.

As you might know, we recently released a revamped version of Content AI, and you might need to refresh the credits to start using Content AI. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI, and it should work without any issues.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and we are sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Kindly follow these steps:
1 . Please verify that you’re running the latest versions of the Rank Math plugins. The latest FREE version is 1.0.208.1: https://rankmath.com/changelog.

2. Then please clear the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

3. After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

5 . After doing this, refresh the credits to start using Content AI. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits.

If you followed the above steps and the issue still persists we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
