If the browser returns an “Oops! That page can’t be found” error, it means the username is available. In such a case, you can open a ticket requesting the Rank Math Support team to change your username here.
If the browser returns a Profile page, it means the username is unavailable, and you have to create a new one.

Yes, we can change your username but the nominated username is already in use. Kindly send us your preferred username or nickname.
To check if your preferred name is available, open your profile URL and try to change the name:
https://support.rankmath.com/users/username1/
If changing username1 to [preferred nickname] shows a profile instead of a Page Not Found error, then it means the username is taken.
Please note that usernames can’t have spaces.
If your choosen username is available, we’ll inform the accounts team of the same and they will proceed with the change.

Thank you for your quick reply! The profile URL confuses me a little since when I visit https://support.rankmath.com/users/allaffiliates/ I get a 404. However, I get it also for my current username.
I’m not sure how to check if the user name is free, to increase the chances if all-affiliates, all-affiliatescom or allaffiliatescom is free that name is fine (ordered by preference).
If all of these name are taken, could you provide me with an alternative to check if a name is free or suggest some names that are free?
