If the email you added to your PRO plan differs from the one on your FREE account, you must contact our support team to merge both accounts or change the email connected to your PRO plan.
To do so, please navigate to the Rank Math Support Forum and open a ticket. In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of the issue. Once done, you can provide more details in the Ticket Question section.
In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email address(es) you want to connect to your PRO account. If you’re merging your FREE and PRO accounts, you need to select one of the emails as your preferred email address.
Once done, click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button. With the details provided, our support team will locate your PRO account and change the email connected to it or merge it with your FREE account, as you requested.
