    Hello Team,

For my website, the dashboard is just displaying ‘0’ for total clikcs, impressions & average CTR on the dashboard. I followed all the instructions to recalculate the scores specified on the website. Also, reconnected my analytics account several times, still the numbers are not showing up.

Request you to please assist me in resolving this issue!

Hi, I tried all the alternatives suggested, but it didn’t work!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello Team,

Thanks for coming forward to help resolving this issue Actually, it is not possible for us to share the FTP credentials or admin access to the website due to our company’s internal policies.

I would be great if you instruct me the workaround to resolve this issue. I will definitely follow the steps and get back to you with the results…..

So, I request you to please help me in this regard.

    Kind Regards,
    Sridhar

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

We understand the situation and respect your decision to share your site’s access.

In this case, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further:

    Step #1.
First, add the following filter to your website:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/

    Step #2.
After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:

If in your case, you do not see the Scheduled Actions menu, then you can try visiting the following URL:

    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

Ensure that you replace yourdomain.com with your own domain in the above link.

    Step #3.
When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under /wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us.

You can use a tool like Dropbox/Pastebin for debug log files and share the generated links here.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

That isn’t the correct analytics log as that is an XML format. Please check the rank-math folder in your WP uploads folder again and look for the file called analytics-debug.log.

    Looking forward to helping you.

Hello, I actually pasted the data that was in the XML file of the rank math folder. I agree, to me as well this didn’t look like the analytics-log

However, I followed the steps (by adding a PHP filter in the snippets plugin/adding a new PHP file for rankmath to place this filter)….and ran the “Pending actions”, I couldn’t see the pending action to run for this filter, as a result I couldn’t get any anlytics logs I guess…

Could you please let me know what can I do further? I mean, is there any other way to extract the analytics log?

Your help would be highly appreciated!

    Kind Regards,
    Sridhar

    Hello,

There are no actions that are designed just to populate this log, it’s the usual Analytics actions that populate this when the filter is added to the website.

You should see one called rank_math/analytics/data_fetch which will trigger the data to start importing and start populating the Analytics log after a couple of them have run.

If the data is not populating, it’s likely you didn’t add the filter properly so please get in touch with your developers to add it to the correct place.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the explanation!

Actually, the analytics_data fetch is already in the “failed” scheduled action multiple times. And as you know, we don’t have the option to “run” the failed “scheduled action”, where we only have option to run the scheduled action which is in the “pending” state.

I already checked the filter that I added, and it is excecuted as you instructed.

However, the issue still perists, Could you please help?

    Best Regards

This was the log for the failed analytics_datafetch:

    action failed via
    P Cron:
    Scheduled
    action for
    rank_math/analy
    tics/data_fetch
    will not be
    execured as no

    Hello,

We requested access to your website to fully debug this issue further since the solution provided earlier didn’t work.

There must be a reason the solution we provided earlier did not work, and that is what we need to discover so that we can proffer the right solution.

However, if you are unable to share your website admin for us to troubleshoot further, are you able to create a staging website on your end?

If you can, please create one, reproduce the error there, and share the login access here, this will allow us to deeply investigate the issue and resolve it permanently without worrying about touching your live website.

You may also follow this article to create the staging website: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/

We really look forward to hearing back from you.

    Thank you.
