Unable to link website with Rankmath

Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing in connecting your Content AI credits to your website.

To connect your website with Rank Math, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Rank Math account by visiting this link. Once logged in, click on the Websites tab. Your Content AI credits will be displayed at the top of the screen.

2. If your credits are visible, proceed with the below steps. However, if your credits are missing, there is likely a mismatch between the emails on your Rank Math and Content AI accounts. In that case, please contact our support team to merge both accounts or transfer your credits to the email connected to your account.

3. If your credits are visible in your Rank Math account, return to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Help. Then, click Disconnect Account and then click Connect Now.

4. On the next page, ensure you choose the correct Rank Math account associated with your PRO license. Finally, click the OK, ACTIVATE NOW button.

Once your website is successfully connected with your Rank Math PRO account, you will see that status on the Help page of your WordPress dashboard and in your Rank Math Websites section.

Can you please confirm if you can see the correct number of credits you purchased from here: http://rankmath.com/my-account/websites.

If you can see the correct number of credits here like in the image above but not on your site, then this is a problem with the syncing of information between rankmath.com and your website. Disconnecting and then reconnecting your account should mostly resolve this

Kindly follow these steps:
1 . Please verify that you’re running the latest versions of the Rank Math plugins: https://rankmath.com/changelog

2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

5 . After doing this, refresh the credits to start using Content AI. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits.

Please ensure you are using the latest version of Rank Math ( v1.0.207 – https://rankmath.com/changelog/) also ensure you have reconnected to Rank Math and cleared the site cache. Then click the reload-looking icon as shown in the previous last image fromWordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI. 4799 might not be beside the icon, it could be 0. If all works well it should update to reflect the amount of Content AI units you have left.

If the issue persists we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
