To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the AI Credits. Once logged in, please navigate to your Rank Math account and check if the remaining credits are displayed correctly. You can do this by visiting the following URL: Rank Math Account
If the credit count is correct on your account but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. Here are the steps to do so:
- Go to your WordPress admin area.
- Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- Click on the “Disconnect” button and then click on the “Reconnect” button.
After reconnecting your Rank Math account, please refresh the credits count in the Content AI section of your WordPress dashboard. This will prompt the plugin to request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.
