P.S. I have tried disabling Rankmath and installing Yoast and Yoast shows all posts in the sitemap. So it must be related to Rankmath. Feel free to try this yourself – I have Yoast installed.

Issue is now solved.
For reference, the problem was that I was importing the posts from a CSV file and the canonical URL didn’t match the live url.
