Purchased but not renewed

I was facing issue while renewal (as my tickets was pending), and not getting option to renew, so purchased new one but account is still not activated..

I was your customer since Rankmath was launched so I have got 500 extra keyword track (1500 instead of 1000) as being old customer (given by rankmath team as bonus), which are also vanished, so credit the same into my account and do the needful.
